About the course
This 2-day, in-person course teaches you many hands-on techniques to address voice problems in singers, teachers, professional voice users, or anyone suffering from voice-related disorders. Participating in the course will help you understand how the voice works, the relationship between the vocal mechanism and the rest of the body, and how problems can arise. You will leave this course armed with skills you can take into the clinic the very next day to start helping your clients improve their voice!
In this course, you will learn:
· How voice and sound are produced
· The relationship between trunk/head/neck anatomy, biomechanics and voicing
· How to assess and treat the trunk, head and neck for optimal voice production
· The anatomy and biomechanics of the larynx and the vocal mechanism
